Making a Stout

Holidays are over, and life returns to normal. Time to get back on track with brewing. I replenished my grains at Toronto Brewing’s new brick-and-mortar location, which while way up in the north end of the city is luckily very close to the Bunker that Toronto Roller Derby calls home. I had to go up that way for an officials meeting/practice so stopped in while I was up there. Beer Day

Started my day with this announcement on Twitter:   1) Making Beer Truthfully, I am not sure how this batch is going to turn out. You can only read so much about a new endeavour before you jump into it, but I think I would have benefitted from having someone experienced in home brewing on my speed-dial for the day.
